  3. I would also like to suggest Oatmeal. 1/3 cup = 110 calories. You can flavor this some instant coffee. Or add a bit of Jalapeno flavoured Cheez Whiz (40 cal Tbsp). Or add 1 or 2 Tbsp. Protein Powder (28 cal per Tbsp.). There's all kinds of different ways to add flavor.

  4. Shirataki noodles (tofu ones are ok but the clear ones are 0 calories) with pasta sauce are perfect too. Especially if your family/friends think you don't eat enough... You can eat a huge bowl of that for under 100 calories. Boom ;)

    2. Honestly I've tried those and I find them gross. They smell like rotting flesh. I can't get over the smell. I thought it was because they were old but nope. I bought them, checked the date and still gross. I bought more and they are still nasty. Plugging my nose while eating, isn't my idea of good. I stick to eating vegetables. I eat a whole bowl of frozen veggies (except corn, because it has fat and too much calories.) 1 cup = 20 calories and it's so amazing. I eat it with I can't believe it's not butter spray. ( I pour it on like a sauce and add some garlic.) It's so buttery, creamy and amazing. Plus it fills me up and doesn't weigh me down. AND people don't complain how I don't eat, when they see me eat a huge bowl of food. Thats a huge mistake, people says "Oh I already ate, oh I'm not hungry, oh I can't eat that. Then the lies pile up and they get caught lying. 'Oh you said you ate?? I checked with annie at your work, SHE SAID YOU DIDN'T!! YOU NEVER DO AT WORK! WHY ARE YOU LYING??" Or putting the food in a napkin, or spitting it into a cup. Those are the best ways to ruin things and get caught. Don't use the same excuse twice, talk about dieting, call yourself fat, don't hide food and forget about it. It's about being thin, not foolish. When people are around, EAT! But it the lowest calorie food possible. I have a special diet, I'm vegetarian. I eat healthy, I cut out carbs, fat and sugar. Just because everyones having pizza, doesn't mean you have too. Make your own food, cottage cheese and vegetables, bowl of veggies, fruit and yogurt. I also eat a can of soup, but I just eat the broth and throw away the other stuff. That way people can't say you never eat.

Much love and thinspiration to you all.

  6. You should all read Gary Taubes because everything on here is going to make you fat. That is why none of you can lose weight, you're riding the insulin wave. And take dietary supplements so you don't kill your heart.

    1. 70 cals for a whole large egg; she is suggesting to eat two egg whites so this is about right, as most of the cals-fat,protein,nutrients-are in the yolk. I haven't been able to keep protein down for a long time, but if I did I'd prefer one whole egg instead of two whites because it's only a little more cals but giving the body lots more nutrition.

  18. Trying a fast as I picked up nearly 20 kgs the past 3 years. I don't want to develop a ED and I pray you keep healthy. But must say - you have excellent tips here. I like the idea of eating "ice" and the rubber band, amongst the many others. But seriously - look after yourself and wish me luck friend

  20. I am severely allergic to; soya, mammal milk, crustaceans, carmine, wheat, treenuts, peanuts, molluscs, jackfruit and shelfish. I am already addicted to starving but my parents always keep a eye on my eating habits since I've always hated the idea of eating knowing I am pretty much born to avoid luxury foods. I want to know; how can I stop my parents and friends from noticing my lack of weight?, I already wear hoodies but my teeth are disformed now, my skin is dry, I'm too weak to carry anything so carrying a bottle of water (one litre bottle) is too difficult for me. Even though when i go to group (on a Friday, where I meet up with my friends) and have a packet of crisps, they don't believe im actually eating. I've started craving things like wheat free pasta and potato... lots of potato yet I don't want to eat. I'm starting to get to my goal weight; 20 kg, I used to be 42.7 kg and i'm 4'8 yet now I weigh 36'5 kg, I only need to lose 16 kg's. I'm also an insomniac so I quite literally don't sleep, I can't exercise because of how bad my food induced asthma. I'm starting to look a lot more like a real boy where my legs, chest and face is thinner but I'm scared I'm getting heart problems...
